Dance-Wear

Students are to be properly attired each week for classes.  Failure to do so will result in the student not being able to participate in classes.  

 

Obtaining dance-wear is the responsibility of the individual student/parent.

 

New Students:  Please inquire about the cost and the style/make of the dance-wear needed before purchasing. Any deviation from the requirement is not accepted.

​

TEMPORARY CHANGES: Due to pandemic uncertainties we have simplified our dancewear to the black Capezio 400 leotard and any black bike shorts or ankle length black tights for all female dancers. Male dancers are to wear full black.  Dancers will also dance bare-feet at this time until further notice. 

​

We will return to our regularly scheduled class dancewear soon.

Establish agenda for meetings, lead board meetings, ensure discussions are productive and focused on strategic goals.

 

Work closely with Founder, Artistic Director in providing support.

 

Help develop long-term strategies for EDIFY that align with our mission.

 

Represents EDIFY at various functions and in communications with donors, community members, and other organizations.

Overseas the financial health of EDIFY, ensuring proper management of funds.

Monitors income and expenditures to ensure they align with budgetary constraints and organizational goals.

​

Fundraising Support and Audit Coordination with external accountant to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Responsible for maintaining accurate records of board activities and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

​

Takes minutes during board meetings, document decisions made and actions taken for transparency and accountability.

​

Build relationships between EDIFY and our community and target audience. Create initiatives that engage community members.
